APA 7th Edition

APA Student Title Page

Student papers no longer need running heads unless requested by your instructor. Just the page number in the top right corner of the paper is all that is needed.

When creating your title page be sure to follow these requirements:

  • Double spacing is required
  • Title should be positioned 3 or 4 lines from the top of the page. The title should be bolded and have a space underneath it.

An example of what information should be included on a student title page:

Title

Student's name

Department of ______, Maria College

Course Number: Title of Course

Professor's name (Dr. or Professor before name)

Assignment Due Date (Month Day, Year)
